Popping up again

After the success of the first pop up shop, I decided to do another one. It was held in the same shopping centre as before but in a different shop.  The day was hot and sticky and we were a little bit squished compared to last time! There were definitely more people through the door (known in the trading world as footfall) but I'm not sure I did quite as well......

I thought I'd mix things up a bit and use the blue tablecloth.  On reflection, i think prettypatch suits pink more!

A little school holiday project

Sometimes I like to try different crafts, whether it's sewing, mosaics, jewellery making or felting and here's a one off little bag I made.

We are in the newsletter

Here's a page of the yate newsletter featuring the pop up shop craft fair held in July.  Good to see my dad and his friends made it in the photos (having a cup of tea and enjoying the event in photo 3)

Prettypatch popped up

So July marked the first pop up shop experience for prettypatch. The event was held in Yate shopping centre and it was very well organised by the lovely Kirsty.

   Can you see me?

The day was very well attended and lots of prettypatch was sold off which makes it all worth it! Watch this space for another pop up shop experience :-)

Tuesday 2 June 2015

As promised.......spotty chickens!

I've come to the conclusion that almost anything and everything can be 'Prettypatched' and that includes chickens!  All colours and all shades are available and I think they look pretty clucking good hung up in the kitchen :-)

All ready and packed up for the next fair :-)

How cute is that!! Not that I'm biased or anything! Look out for more porcelain creations.....they are my new thing.

I'm also going to be showcasing my hanging wooden chicken range soon so watch this space....

Until then bye bye xx

Easter craft fair in Portishead

Prettypatch sprang into action at the spring fair on Saturday.

Eggs, rabbits and chicks all went down like a rabbit in a burrow!!

Spring is in the air....

Hello fellow crafters!

So I have been busy beavering away in my little craft corner at home and last week I took my goodies to a local craft fair. The bunnies hopped off the table into the hands of little ones and the tree hangings were 'oohed and ahhhed' over.......here's a few pics :-)
